Finally I'm done with this assignment ❤️❤️❤️ . I hope Mr Choy likes my booklet 🙌🏻. I tried to make my booklet different from the others. A few weeks ago, when everyone started drawing already, I was still thinking what to do with the booklet to make it special. Suddenly, I came up with an idea of doing a pop up book 👍🏻.

Unfortunately, I can't post the video here 😓😓 but you can watch the video in another page

Here are the explanations of my booklet.. 👇🏻 👇🏻 👇🏻

1) PRIDE

I put some hidden words on the peacock's feathers that describes pride. When you open the book, the peacock will spread its feathers. The meaning behind this is that people with pride is just like this peacock. No matter how many people try to give their thoughts about how bad pride is, you just don't care and you only belief in one's own abilities (which eventually can lead to destruction).

2) ENVY

Just like the fat dog... sometimes people don't appreciate what they already have. They always envy other people. Look at how the dog envy the other dog's appearance and accessories. The fat dog should be thankful that he have complete body parts instead of envying others. We, humans, should always know that there are people out there who might not have as much as we do.. so we need to appreciate what we have right now.

3) GLUTTONY

Well, to be honest, I don't really understand why gluttony is part of Seven Deadly Sins. I only put a pig with a mouth opened and a lot of junk foods in front of him. From what I read on the internet, they said it's a sin because it shows you have no self control and that you're choosing physical pleasure over intellectual ones.

4) LUST

The twisted branches at the background forms a heart shape which refers to lust. The white fox give's an elegant and serious look which represent how serious lust is.

5) WRATH

Here, I use an angry bear and fire. Fire is a symbol of hatred and anger and the bear is just there to show an expression of anger. From what I know, this is a sin because people let anger controls their mind. Sometimes, they just let all the anger out without thinking first.

6) GREED

Magpie is a type of bird who likes to take shiny things such as diamonds, coins and accessories. I use this bird to represent greted because people with greed always want to have all the nice things just like this bird

7) SLOTH

I use a koala who is just sleeping near the rock and doing nothing. From what I undestand, sloth is a sin because if we shouldn't be lazy and we should work hard instead.
